WebFizz, Inc. is owned and operated by Rob Barbour. Here’s more information about me specifically:
Domains – I’ve been working with domain names since the late 90’s and am well-known in the industry. I’ve brokered (both buying and selling) domains for clients for many years and maintain great relationships due to the service I provide. My biggest deal to date was helping Noah Kagan acquire Sumo.com for $1.5 million USD in 2016 (I worked on this for an entire year). Here’s a picture with me and Noah from a fun trip to Seattle in 2013:
Marketing – I’ve been doing online marketing since 2005 and have worked with many clients to help them achieve their goals. The goals can be sales, leads, or almost any other measurable action. I even spoke at a conference with Daymond John (Shark Tank):
Ecommerce – I’ve been selling online since approximately 2004 and perhaps even earlier than that. I started with digital products that I created and then expanded into physical products around 2015 and have several brands.
WordPress – I’ve been using WordPress since 2005 and have become an expert at it. The majority of all sites I own run on WordPress and many have custom themes and even plugins that I’ve coded personally.
Development – I’ve been writing code since around 1980 (started with BASIC and shortly after Assembly language) and continue coding to this day in a variety of languages (PHP is my current favorite). This gives me an advantage when it comes to marketing, building a site on one of our domains, or working with clients. I love to code and probably always will.
